Bolojan’s Bold Move: PNL’s Renewed Self-Respect

After over 30 years in the PNL, Ludovic Orban Bolojan took to Facebook to share a heartfelt reflection on the party’s journey, highlighting the recent pivotal decision to leave the coalition with PSD.

Emphasizing the importance of good governance and a liberal imprint in modernizing communities, Bolojan recounted two defining moments for the party. The first, a controversial decision made in 2021 at Vila Lac, where the alliance with PSD was initiated, was contrasted with the recent vote to sever ties with the same party.

During the extended leadership meeting in May, Bolojan witnessed 50 colleagues voting in favor of leaving the coalition, symbolizing a significant shift in the party’s direction. This move, according to Bolojan, signifies a restoration of self-respect within the PNL.

Looking ahead, Bolojan expressed his commitment to working with his colleagues to rebuild the PNL’s reputation and regain the trust of the Romanian people. He underlined the party’s dedication to supporting Romania’s long-term development and emphasized the values of responsibility, hard work, and respect.

Describing the PNL as a party that remains steadfast in its commitment to the country, Bolojan concluded with a message of hope and determination. He stressed the party’s enduring support for Romania and its people, echoing a sentiment of unity and resilience in the face of challenges.
